Delivered Life Ministries, Inc. (“DLM,” “we,” “us”) is a Christian ministry founded in November 2018 by Al and Lori Avant. These Terms of Use govern your use of deliveredlifeministries.com, the Ask DLM feature on that site, and your participation in the live chat during our broadcast, DLM THE CALL.
By using the site or taking part in the live chat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the chat.
1. What we provide
We publish teaching, broadcast a weekly live service, and make past broadcasts available to watch. Everything on this site is offered freely, for your encouragement and instruction in the Christian faith.
We provide the site and the broadcast as they are. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and a broadcast may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled.
2. This is ministry, not professional advice
Our teaching, our replies in the chat, and the answers given by Ask DLM are pastoral and spiritual in nature. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for the care of a qualified professional.
3. The live chat
The live chat is hosted on YouTube and is subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service as well as these terms. Anything you post there is public.
We ask everyone in the chat to:
- speak with respect, even in disagreement;
- keep the room free of harassment, obscenity, and personal attacks;
- refrain from advertising, soliciting, or promoting other channels or businesses;
- never ask other viewers to message you privately, and never ask them for money.
Our chat is moderated by a member of our team together with an automated assistant, which may post approved messages of welcome or guidance, remove messages, or remove participants. We will remove and ban accounts impersonating our pastors or our ministry without warning. We may remove any message or participant at our discretion, and we are not obliged to explain a decision.
4. Ask DLM
Ask DLM answers questions about this ministry’s stated beliefs and teaching. It draws on material we have published and taught. It can be mistaken, and it does not speak for our pastors on any matter it has not been taught. For anything weighty, please speak with a person — ours or your own local church’s.
5. Your use of our material
The teaching, writing, images, video, and audio on this site belong to Delivered Life Ministries, Inc. unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share links to our pages and broadcasts, and to quote short passages for personal study, teaching, or discussion, with attribution to Delivered Life Ministries.
Please do not republish our material in full, sell it, or present it as your own, and please do not edit it in a way that changes its meaning.
6. Other sites and services
This site links to and embeds services we do not control, including YouTube and our podcast host. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. It forms part of these terms.
8. Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Delivered Life Ministries, Inc., its officers, and its volunteers are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, the live chat, or Ask DLM. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and the current version will always be on this page.
